Sales Consultant - (Outside)

We are looking for a Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate must be an initiative-taking individual that has healthcare elective procedure sales experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice.

We need a skilled "sales leader" to perform outside sales and marketing functions, meet with local business and industry contacts, and discuss the types of treatment procedures we offer to our patients.

We need timely follow-up with leads and prospects to build and maintain professional relationships for this key sales role. Additionally, increased new patient consultations and treatment sales month over month for our clinic’s gross revenue is a must!

QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds.

Position Details:

• Understands the physiology for each treatment offered and able to explain each treatment
• Perform daily outreach and marketing activities for clinic and patient growth
• Help build a business referral system for the new MSK and Hair lines
• Works closely with marketing department to optimize campaigns
• Partner with the Medical Providers and Patient Coordinator for optimum results
• Our Clinics are located in: Champaign and Springfield
• 7:30am - 6:00pm (1 hr. lunch) – Work hours may vary
• Compensation is $30,000 - $50,000 per year BOE
• Potential for bonus tied to sales performance

Qualifications:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
• Medical sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Outside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related healthcare industry-based environment and/or elective medical procedures or 5 years as a proven Sales Leader
• Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the right range of contingencies in a diverse community
• Ability to interact with staff in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
